The CIP station consists of acid tank, lye tank, hot water tank, pure water tank, plate (tubular) heat exchanger, original acid tank, original lye tank, cleaning pump (flow frequency adjustable), heating circulation pump , return pipe, outlet pipe, water supply pipe and control system. The CIP system pumps the cleaning fluid to a specially designed plate heat exchanger, heats it to the desired temperature, and delivers the cleaning fluid to the target system and back to the circulation tank in the CIP module. After each cleaning stage, the cip cleaning equipment discharges the cleaning liquid or returns it to the cleaning agent tank for reuse. Normal cleaning procedures include initial water rinse, lye rinse, intermediate water rinse, acid rinse, final water rinse, and chemical or hot water disinfection. The temperature, flow and detergent concentration of the CIP return line are automatically controlled throughout the cleaning cycle.
